Kawasaki Reading Room for Japanese Studies will be hosting a special Hinamatsuri edition of Tea Time Friday! Sip tea, enjoy a snack, visit with our doll set and enjoy activities as we celebrate “Girl’s Day” at the library.

In addition, if you snap a photo with our Hina dolls and post on social media using #KRRGirlsDay you will receive an immediate prize of Japanese gummy candies. All those using the hashtag will then be entered into a random prize drawing for a soup jar! 3(three) winners will be announced on Tuesday, March 6. (Participants must use hashtag to be considered, profiles must be public to qualify.)
