The lecture is free and open to the public.

Fussell, a partner at McChrystal Group, is author of the New York Times’ best-selling book “One Mission: How Leaders Build a Team of Teams.” He leads the McChrystal Group’s leadership institute and uses his expertise in cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to develop leaders and build effective teams within large, dispersed organizations.

The University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s Harris Lecture Series is designed to bring international business experts to campus to engage students, faculty, business members and the community. The series is an ongoing discussion and examination of major policy issues that affect the relationship between business and community, as well as business and government in today’s economy.
