Do you struggle with how to be still or how to gain some inner silence? Have you wondered what centering prayer is? Want to know more about it? Looking for a new and meaningful prayer practice?
Brother James Dowd, OSB, the Monk in residence for The Episcopal Diocese of Nebraska and Prior of Incarnation Monastery and the Benedictine Service Corps, will present a seminar and workshop on Centering Prayer. Brother James has practiced for many years as a Benedictine monk and he will share his wealth of knowledge and experience with us. ALL ARE INVITED! This seminar/workshop is FREE and open to everyone.
