Drop in over lunch to make Vegetarian Seven-Layer Tostadas, a healthy and homemade meal. We’ll lead you through how to plan for a quick lunch. After our brief cooking session, sit down to enjoy your lunch in the Wellness Kitchen or grab it and go! This lunch will fill you up so you won’t be craving that unhealthy snack later in the day.
