Dr. Monica Serban, assistant professor, Materials Science Program, Department of Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Montana, will present the seminar “Think ‘product’—a different way of approaching academic research.”

Dr. Serban has authored 17 publications, 3 book chapters, and is an inventor on 4 granted patents and 8 patent applications. Her current research is focused on the development and commercialization of novel ear therapeutics, medical devices and drug delivery systems.
