Professor Otaku is back and this time we are asking “Could the engineered creations seen in Evangelion really work?” With the help of UNL’s local engineering professor, Dr. Sangjin Ryu, aka “Professor Otaku”, we’ll explore just how feasible these inventions are! You might be suprised at the outcome.

Have you never seen the film or want to revisit it? Join the Japanese Movie Club for a discussion of key themes and elements on Wednesday, March 27th at 5:30 p.m. in the Kawasaki Reading Room.** Please note that this film is rated PG-13 and contains mature themes. Viewer discretion is advised for those intending to watch the film. Lecture will cover the mechanical creations depicted in the film series.**
