Professor Rick Garnett from Notre Dame Law School will deliver a lecture regarding current religious freedom issues. Garnett clerked for Chief Justice William Rehnquist and Eighth Circuit Chief Justice Richard S. Arnold. He earned his J.D. from Yale Law School in 1995 and joined the Notre Dame Law School faculty in 1999 after practicing law in Washington D.C. He now teaches and writes about the freedoms of speech, association, religion and constitutional law at Notre Dame Law School.
