Mary Ellen’s Food for the Soul food trailer will be serving barbecue with a Southern twist such as ribs, pulled pork, chicken, turkey legs/wings, red hot links, mac and cheese, collard greens, garlic mashed potatoes, baked beans, potato salad and cornbread. The food truck will be located between the NIC Conference Center and the Food Innovation Center. Grab a plate and you may just find yourself comforted, satisfied and maybe a little bit loved.
