You’ll use introspective tools to identify how to reframe your job to make it more interesting and engaging. Based on cutting-edge research from the University of Michigan, the Job Crafting Exercise will help you redesign your job. You will uncover hidden insights that will help you build a job that is better suited to you and tailored to your values, strengths and passions.
