This session aims to train professionals who are new to the university or new to working with the Husker GROW program. Husker GROW focuses on student employment and volunteerism as a high impact practice. Brief structured conversations make learning experiences more visible to students.

The training will review the benefits of Husker GROW, explain how conversations work, discuss best practices for maximizing student learning, and provide potential and current coaches with resources. Staff and faculty interested in implementing Husker GROW for their department are welcome to attend.
