Try out different fitness formats to find one that works for you. We’ll have 30 minute mini classes to give you a chance to meet the instructors and explore your options. Open to all fitness and ability levels.

Three classes at 30 minutes each (10-10:30, 10:45-11:15, 11:30-12:00).
