This 2-day program offers an immersive and hands-on approach to innovation and problem-solving, using Design Thinking and the Business Model Canvas. Design Thinking is fast becoming the go-to methodology for companies like Proctor & Gamble, IBM, Intuit and AirBnB, who understand that innovation is central to their strategy and marketing. Similarly, the Business Model Canvas is a widely-used tool for visualizing and testing new business innovations and models. You’ll apply proven, systematic and solution-based approaches to problems you currently face, using observation, empathy, brainstorming, visualization, prototyping and experimentation to generate and test ideas.
