Learn how to reduce your food and food packaging waste in this class. We will review ways you can reduce your ways, the benefits of reducing waste and ideas for zero-waste meals. We will be making a three part meal including Crostini with Carrot Greens Pesto, Shaved Broccoli and Feta Salad and Garden Vegetable and Lentil Soup.
