Community members, including Native women, will gather to share stories about contemporary and historical violence against Native women, as well as to share Native stories that have deep cultural meaning. This story-telling session will be complemented by a reception around the Native Quilt Exhibit.

The University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s Forsythe Family Program on Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs (HRHA), along with other UNL and community partners, will host a week of human rights activities to raise awareness of missing and murdered indigenous women. We invite UNL faculty, students, staff, and members of the community to participate. All events are free.
