Are you a vegetarian, vegan, or just someone who wants to try out new vegetarian options? This class will give you information you need about eating enough plant-based proteins to help fuel your studying, workout and everyday tasks. We will be making Chickpea Patties with a Sriracha Yogurt Dip and a Tempeh Hash with Brussels Sprouts.
