DESCRIPTION:The Project Verification Statement is a project-based methodolo
 gy (PARs was employee-based) which focuses on a system of internal control
 s. These controls involve the amount and type of documentation required to
  support salary\, wage and benefit charges to federal awards. Rather than 
 one report generated for each employee\, PVS generates one report for each
  project which lists all employees assigned to it. This decreases the numb
 er of items faculty need to review.\n\nAny department contact and/or facul
 ty member who have Federal/Federal Pass-Thru and/or cost share on a sponso
