Shannon Bartelt-Hunt, UNL, will present “Water Quality + Citizen Science Project” as part of the Spring Water Seminar Series hosted by the Nebraska Water Center and the School of Natural Resources.
This year, the focus of the series is on current issues related to Nebraska water. The series includes a wide range of lecturers from across the country and around the state who will provide diverse perspectives on water, from groundwater modeling to supplying water to thirsty cities. With the recent devastating flooding, recognizing the state’s ever-changing water issues is as essential as ever. Established in 1968, the series provides a forum to increase awareness and allow for meaningful conversation regarding these issues.
