What is diversity, and why does it matter? This workshop will discuss how we make every person and interaction matter at UNL. In this session facilitated by TJ McDowell, assistant vice chancellor for student affairs, participants will identify the relevance of their own identities and leave with an enhanced understanding of how to embrace diversity in order to work more effectively across difference.
