Beginning January 13, Alcoholics Anonymous meetings will take place at Husker Hall on Mondays at 8 p.m. Chaired by two UNL alumni who are long-time members of the 12-step program, meetings are open to the university community.
For many young people in recovery, a college social environment defined by alcohol and/or drug use can pose significant challenges. Sometimes, people find themselves giving up on college education in order to remain sober.
