There are a great many things one can do in order to increase the effectiveness of their teaching and improve the student experience. This session, which is intended for lecturers at UNL, will focus on a mere handful of these—a few of what might be considered the top contenders for the most important practices to include in your teaching. As we proceed through a series of recommended practices, participants will have an opportunity to think through ways to address challenges they face and to share strategies they have found to be successful.
