The Nebraska Center for Materials and Nanoscience (NCMN) will host a symposium on Emergent Quantum Materials and Technologies (“EQUATE”). The event’s agenda and speakers are at https://ncmn.unl.edu/equate. Pre-registration is free (includes lunch during the event) and REQUIRED for attendance.
This EQUATE event aims to gather internationally-renowned experts in quantum topics for scientific dialogue. The event program includes scientific presentations by renowned guest speakers from throughout the nation—as well as Nebraska experts—on quantum materials, technologies, and information processing. In addition, a poster session will engage discussion among invited speakers, postdocs, graduate and undergraduate researchers.
Nebraska’s EQUATE group includes physicists, chemists, and engineers from universities throughout the state, including UNL, the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Creighton University, and the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
