For June’s learning seminar event, Dr. Ken Wakabayashi (RDAR Center Project Leader) and Dr. Tierney Lorenz (RDAR Center Pilot-Project Investigator) will each present a new paper from their field of research that is relevant to their current project (or to the Center, itself). They will also give an overview of their own RDAR Center research project so that we may all become more informed of the important, ground-breaking work they will be doing in the coming year.

We are also excited to announce that joining us will be Dr. Jackie White Hughto, an investigator from a partner Center for Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE) and Brown University. Dr. White Hughto will also present a new and interesting paper, as well as overview her own project with the COBRE on Opioids and Overdose in Rhode Island.
