Guided Mindfulness with CAPS

Students are invited to take a moment for themselves by participating in a guided mindfulness exercise lasting approximately 15-20 minutes. Each exercise will be followed by a 10-minute Q&A session to answer general wellness questions and offer info about CAPS services.

Sessions are offered on weekdays at 2 p.m. All UNL students are welcome to participate.
