Quizzes, exams, and other forms of “traditional assessments” are the standard for assessing student learning. But an assessment of student progress can be completed using other research-backed methods.
In this webinar, we will discuss how the use of alternative assessments can foster unique experiences, a conducive environment for academic growth, and supports the Flexible Hybrid model (a way in which a course can be delivered to both face-to-face and remotely.) Moving away from the traditional path may be daunting, but with different assessment techniques come additional benefits such as improving student learning and ensuring academic integrity.
Questions about the session should be emailed to npindell2@unl.edu.
Zoom information is provided after registration.
