The leaders of Black Student Union across the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and University of California at Berkeley campuses have worked diligently to elevate, advocate and advance actionable change in diversity, inclusion and justice alongside their peers, friends, family members and allies. With a foundation based on our historic Civil Rights movement, student leaders are connecting these off-campus events to their respective campuses which will lead continue the movements toward justice. This is a call to action for educators and campus administrators to ensure that Black scholars are valued and affirmed.
