Ever had someone say something that caught you off guard and you couldn’t respond? Or had someone continually talk over you in meetings? Learn about the triggering event cycle and how to negotiate difficult situations so you can react more effectively.

Introducing the CEHS AFIRE Pledge Program! Faculty and staff in the college will have the opportunity to take a pledge to strive for inclusive excellence in 2020. The pledge will contain a commitment to attend at least three events each semester to increase awareness and knowledge about diversity and inclusion issues and strategies for inclusive excellence.
