The first Racial Literacy Roundtable of the spring semester will focus on “Heath Inequities, Essential Workers, and COVID-19: A Case Study from the Meatpacking Industry.”

The guest speaker will be Dr. Athena Ramos, assistant professor in the Department of Health Promotion at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
