Yoga is a mind-body activity that can help reduce stress and lower blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose levels if practiced over time. Join this heart healthy, beginner level class, hosted by Campus Recreation Group Fitness Graduate Assistant Gabriella Abrego-Arambula. Face coverings and social distancing are required to participate. Bring a yoga mat and towel with you.

Pre-registration is required for in-person and virtual attendance. Registration has closed.
