Join Chef it Up! an event hosted by ASU and the Office of Academic Success and Intercultural Services. Chef Amy Riley will chat with OASIS Program Coordinator, John Tessalee while preparing a delicious Asian meal on Instagram Live!
Amy Riley, born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, moved to Lincoln in June of 2016 to study at Southeast Community College’s Culinary Arts program. Amy works as a photographer and can be found baking wedding cakes, walking her corgi, and hosting friends over for Thai food.
The menu will be a tasty Thai dish that includes the following entree, sides, and drink:
- Fried Beef Dish
- Mixed veggies dish
- Rice
- Thai tea drink.
