Dr. Ramos is an Assistant Professor at the Center for Reducing Health Disparities in the College of Public Health, University of Nebraska Medical Center.
She will discuss the work she and colleagues are doing with meat processing facilities throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, including technical assistance site visits and the results of an exposure assessment that was recently completed. She will also discuss transdisciplinary collaboration and the importance of community engagement in developing relevant solutions.
