In advance of UPC hosting Maggie Nichols on campus March 25th:
Join us for a screening of Athlete A, a documentary spotlighting the sex abuse of hundreds of young athletes involved with USA gymnastics. Hear the story of Maggie Nichols who spoke up about the abuse she endured and the impact that had on her Olympic dreams. This documentary will detail the more than 500 athletes who would eventually come forward to share their stories of systematic abuse and institutionalized corruption within the world of gymnastics.
After the screening there will be a chance to discuss and debrief the film with CARE Advocates.
