At this special double-feature IGNITE, we will be joined by both Danny Elfman and the creative team behind The Wilds (Jesse Fleming, Lewis Pesacov, and Laurel Jenkins), both here to talk more about their creative process!

For over 30 years, four-time Oscar® nominee DANNY ELFMAN has established himself as one of the most versatile and accomplished film composers in the industry. He has collaborated with directors such as Tim Burton, Gus Van Sant, Sam Raimi, Peter Jackson, Ang Lee, Rob Minkoff, Guillermo del Toro, Brian De Palma, James Ponsoldt and David O’ Russell. A native of Los Angeles, Elfman grew up loving film music and has scored over 100 films, in addition to television series theme music and a growing range of orchestral concert work.

Step into the world of The Wilds – a new mixed reality performance experience where movement instantly becomes music as emerging technology allows dancers to create an immersive journey of sound, light, and visual media in real time. Part mythology, part utopian vision, The Wilds fuses live dancers with motion capture technology and real-time animation inspiring a profound bond of a shared, collective experience.
