There are over 90 Farmers’ Markets in the state of Nebraska. Vendors at these markets are small businesses that provide income to their owners, recirculate money back into their communities and contribute to a high quality of life.
Becoming a SNAP/EBT certified market is not only a win for food security and access, but for the vendor’s bottom line.
Learn more about SNAP/EBT at farmers’ markets and how communities can get support with the application process and a grant for equipment from an organization called Market Link.
