Designed for higher education leaders and champions of strengths-based programming in their community, this conference includes a variety of thought-provoking sessions designed to highlight excellence in strengths-based education on campuses and in the workplace. Networking, motivating keynote speakers and interactive discussions are a few highlights of the Clifton Strengths Institute Summer Conference. Attendees will hear from speakers, including Jane Miller, president and chief operating officer (retired) of Gallup. Breakout sessions will offer opportunities to network and collaborate with fellow strengths enthusiasts. Registration includes lunch and a copy of StrengthsFinder 2.0 book with code. Attendees are not required to complete the CliftonStrengths Assessment prior to attending the conference.
