On Saturday, November 4th, Friends of Wilderness Park will be hosting a celebration of our local greenways though a screening and panel discussion for former UNL SNR graduate student Carlee Koehler’s film “Salt Valley Greenways: Nature’s Network”.
At 2pm, there will be a screening of the film. This film celebrates the greenways of Lancaster County by displaying the species within them, and telling the stories of those who work to protect and build a resilient network of green spaces in our community.
At 2:45, there will be a panel discussion with those involved with the film and our greenways.
Seating is limited, please RSVP by following the link at the top of friendsofwildernesspark.org
There is a $10 suggested donation to cover the cost of renting the space.
This event will be following a private annual meeting for current FWP members at 1pm.
