Come to learn about and ask questions about the faculty-led trip to South Korea with Dr. Chris Heselton. This global learning program will explore a host of cultural, economic, political, and social topics that have shaped modern South Korea in the context of globalization in the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries. Since the 1980s, South Korea has been among the most enthusiastic participants in the global economy, creating one of the most prosperous and vibrant societies today.
Visit some of South Korea’s most iconic cultural locations, like Gyeongbokgung Palace, Suwon Fortress, Insadong, DMZ, Gwangju Market, Yonggungsa Temple, and more.
Live in dorms and study alongside with students from all over the world, including many South Korean students.
Gain 6 credits, 3 from UNL and 3 transfer credits, in 4 weeks.
