Join us on Monday, February 5th from 11:30AM - 12:30PM and partake in a cross-cultural simulation led by Elina Ibrayeva, Associate Professor of Practice in Management. Dr. Elina Ibrayeva joined the College of Business in 2012 with expertise in international management and organizational behavior. She served as a major collaborator to “Culture, Leadership, and Organizations: The GLOBE Study of 62 Societies” by Dr. Robert House, receiving a M. Scott Myers Award for Applied Research in the Workplace.
We will be playing a cross cultural card simulation that places people in a situation where they actually experience that people from other cultures have differences in the way they do things. This interactive session will help you expand your cultural aptitude and competence.
Food will be served, so make sure to come hungry! This event is open to all UNL students, staff, and faculty.
Space is limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Use this link below to RSVP -
