Did you know that each of the dining centers have a giant stomachs that eat food waste? These biodigesters divert food waste from the landfills, reduces our carbon footprint, and reduces the time and money necessary to haul away food. The LFC biodigester takes discarded food and transforms it into grey water that is safe to send to water treatment facilities.
