Sheldon Museum of Art and the Well-Being Collective present Artletics—a new program blending
mindfulness and creativity. Artletics invites participants to work out their creative muscles and
relax while making Zen watercolor paintings.
No artmaking experience is needed.
Sheldon student ambassadors will guide participants through the painting process.
