Employer Information: Southwestern Advantage provides a summer sales and leadership internship opportunity to undergraduate students. By helping students develop the soft skills of communication, leadership, and selling, we help students have a strong foundation for the future career fields they go into. Southwestern advantage has career paths within the recruiting field, but most importantly, our internship leads to positions within our family of companies in Real Estate, Insurance, Coaching, Consulting, and more located around the United States. Southwestern is known for being one of the most challenging internships because of the full-spectrum experience students get in the business field.
