A new workshop will be offered by the Office of Research and Innovation to assist UNL faculty interested in pursuing external fellowships.
The first Fellowships 101 Workshop will be held virtually, Dec. 3, 12-1 p.m.
Fellowships 101 is designed for faculty beginning their pursuit of an external fellowship. The workshop will focus on competitive, project-based fellowships funded by an organization outside the university that support an individual to carry out a defined research, scholarly, or creative project.
The workshop will feature a panel discussion with faculty who have received an external fellowship, provide an overview of external fellowship opportunities and common application components, as well as explore the value and impact of pursuing external fellowships.
