Join us in celebrating the 45th anniversary of Friends of The Ross with special screenings of movies released in 1981! Capturing chaotic live performances and interviews with artists, fans, critics, and club owners, Penelope Spheeris’ iconic music documentary THE DECLINE OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION takes viewers through the legendary Los Angeles punk scene of the late 70s.
