Bring the whole family to Sheldon for a day of art, words, and creativity with former State Poet of Nebraska Matt Mason. Inspired by Grace Hartigan: The Gift of Attention, Mason will lead interactive poetry activities that transform looking into writing. Discover how visual art can spark imagination and self-expression through poetry, no experience required. Families can also enjoy free snacks, artmaking activities, and other hands-on experiences throughout the museum.
Family Days at Sheldon are free and open to all, but advanced registration is encouraged.
