Biography: With 18 years of experience in Information Technology, Drashti Bhatt is a seasoned technology professional specializing in data analytics, application development, and IT operations. As the Director of IT, Data Analytics & Application Development in the Dean’s Office, College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, she leads strategic initiatives that optimize business processes, enhance user experiences, and align technology with the university’s goals.
In her role, Drashti manages key IT functions including application development, data analytics, and technology management, while overseeing major IT projects across the College of Arts & Sciences. She fosters cross-departmental collaboration and cultivates a culture of innovation, ensuring technology solutions effectively address operational challenges.

Drashti holds an MBA in Business Analytics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MS in Computer Applications & IT from India.
As a speaker, Drashti has shared her insights on leadership and learning agility at the Women Advance IT Leadership Conference and her journey from India to the U.S. at the Nebraska GenCyber Camp.
