Offered since 2019, the quarterly webinars address common management issues for Nebraska landowners, agricultural operators and related stakeholders interested in the latest insight on trends in real estate, managing agricultural land and solutions for addressing challenges in the upcoming growing season.
The August webinar will cover the final report of the 2023 Nebraska Farm Real Estate Survey, including final land value estimates and cash rental rate averages, plus a special report on adjusting irrigated cropland rental rates. It will include segments about the importance of communicating crop progress on leased land and terminating verbal leases by the approaching deadline in September.
