We are looking for:
-Individuals interested in working as part of the Environmental Justice or climate justice movement.
-Candidates will come ready to be agents of change and are able to hit the ground running on embedding EJ and climate change.
-Candidates willing to learn on establishing track records of achieving EJ results.
-Candidates who have an interdisciplinary skillset. Community organizers who know how to be “translators” between technical folks and community members.
-The EJ Program Specialist is responsible for helping design, implement and support the EJ Program, consistent with the Agency mission and Region 6 goals.
-Assist in development, implementation and monitoring of plans to accomplish program goals in EJ communities. Program work includes air, water, waste, land, and/or multimedia projects
