With winter and the holiday season each year comes Audubon’s long-running CHRISTMAS BIRD COUNT. While this year’s count will be very different across the country because of COVID19, we hope to have our Lincoln circle counted safely on Jan. 2, 2021. In preparation, our Birdnerd, Jason, will present this fun, informative, and family-friendly online presentation on some of the common birds to be seen around Lincoln at this time of year – from Cardinals and Blue Jays to Pine Siskins, Barred Owls, and more.
The presentation will be on ZOOM, but you must register for the event to receive the Zoom link to enjoy. And, no need to be a Christmas Bird Counter to sign up, everyone is welcome to sign up to learn more and enjoy our local winter birds around Lincoln.
