This seminar series is the first step in a wider effort to facilitate more robust engagement—across disciplines—around the difficult questions facing rural America. Is there such a thing as rural identity? Should policymakers engage with rural people and places in distinct ways? What is owed to rural America and who owes it? What, if anything, do rural areas owe and to whom? What is the future? And, where is law and policy in all of this?
This series is open to any interested scholars, community leaders, or practitioners in relevant fields. All seminars are held virtually and begin at noon CST. To join us, please register in advance so that we can share timely instructions for each Zoom connection.
