The MAP Academy’s Fall 2020 Methodology Applications Series kicks off with a presentation by Kejin Lee, MAP Academy research assistant professor.
This presentation will provide an introduction to survival analysis — various methods used to analyze the timing of events, such as death, divorce, unemployment, drop-out or graduation from school, or the onset of youth substance use — and a demonstration of survival analysis using empirical data in the R statistical software program.
