Annual Celebration of Service for employees. Rick Alloway, professor of broadcasting, will serve as emcee. Awards recognize employees who have worked at the university in five-year increments up to 55 years. Frauke Hachtmann, Laurie Lee, John Shrader and Bryan (Ming) Wang will be recognized for their years of service.

Employees can pick up service awards in the Lied Commons Starting at 8:30 a.m. Doors to the Lied Center auditorium open at 9:30 a.m. for Celebration of Service seating. Celebration includes Chancellor Ronnie Green’s annual State of Our University address at 11 a.m. at the Lied Center for Performing Arts, and an all-employee cook-out on R Street (between 12th and 13th streets).
